This system provides for the advanced planning necessary to extend the life of and protect the investment in your facilities. Our staff of professionals handles both the planning and execution of maintenance services at the lowest total cost to customers. We will work directly with you or your property manager to ensure that services provided are high quality, reliable, and cost effective.
 

Unique to MCE Corporation is a set of program management services we bring to each project. These vary depending on the complexity and timeframe of specific projects, however the basic features are applicable to all our work. They include:

• Continuous management attention to the cycle of planning, implementation and evaluation.
   
• Custom project reporting and data collection to monitor implementation, provide information for evaluation and supply data for planning and program revisions.
   

In many instances, we develop a formal performance–based work program. This is a process we first implemented for our landscape maintenance service. It includes a 19-step system of planning, implementation and evaluation with detailed progress reporting. All progress data is captured digitally and made accessible to individual customers as needed. In addition to providing a valuable system to monitor contract performance, our customers get information that links specific levels of performance to contract expenditures. This allows for much more detailed and sophisticated budgeting—giving our customers better control of costs and a better understanding of the link between program goals and expenditures.
