The Maintenance Division primarily works for public agencies allowing MCE to gain the proper perspective on working in the public sector. We maintain a small roster of clients which allows field and management personnel to treat our customers with the attention they deserve. The objective for MCE is simple; develop your trust that we are performing all of the requirements of the scope of services in a timely, professional and effective manner that meets or exceeds the expectations of the city and its residents.
Our experience providing contract services in a variety of Public Works Maintenance disciplines, we believe, provides MCE a very clear and complete understanding of Public Works and its many facets. MCE is flexible and experienced which gives our clients the benefit of dealing with a company that can change gears quickly due to budget constraints or increased inventory or levels of service.
MCE employees are dedicated only to the agencies they serve. We will act as an extension of the Maintenance Department giving the City the advantages of a completely dedicated staff with the cost savings and flexibility of contracting. Our employee standard is simple. Do the right thing even when no one is looking.
MCE has programs and policies in place to ensure we provide the best value, including our QA program, task sheets which educate crews on each specific task, our Maintenance Management System (MMS), more detailed information on our app to track work accomplished and many other programs we have in place to ensure successful partnerships with our clients.
The maintenance division has 120 field staff and 8 administrative staff solely dedicated to Public Works Maintenance for municipal clients.
